Hotel Saint Vincent and Graza Olive Oil present the Lone Star Series: a summer-long Texas culinary takeover. Once a month, we’re inviting some of the boldest culinary voices from Houston, San Antonio, and Austin to bring the heat to the Big Easy. Think: guest chef cookouts, cocktail showdowns, grill-outs, and bar takeovers that sprawl across the courtyard – plus live music and plenty of reasons to stick around.
