Dining & Drinks

The signature, all-day restaurant, named for the patron saint of cooks, is an ode to coastal Italian cooking with regional New Orleans influences.

The Saltillo-lined pool, pool bar and brick courtyard, framed by the three hotel buildings, comprise the interior space of the property.

From an unhurried daytime hang to pre-dinner cocktail spot to a late-night lounge, the guest-only bar evokes the feel of a grand hotel salon with a healthy dose of irreverence.

1813 — today

The story of Hotel Saint Vincent begins in Ireland in 1813 with the birth of Margaret Haughery, née Gaffney. Margaret, an orphan, eventually made her way to New Orleans in 1835.
